The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) is a classic psychological measurement tool developed by Cohen et al. in 1983 and is one of the most widely used stress assessment scales.
An internationally used 10-item questionnaire that measures the psychological stress you've felt over the past month.
Turn "feeling stressed" into a score to judge whether intervention is needed.
Higher scores mean more stress; 0–13 low / 14–26 moderate / 27–40 high.
