🧱 Status Blocks & Activity Status

Status Blocks and Marks

Moodji summarizes your activity data (calories burned, steps, screen time, etc.) over a period into visual "Status Blocks." These blocks represent activity characteristics over time, with 10-minute intervals as the smallest unit, and different colors indicating your activity levels during that period:

  • Active (Green Block): Indicates relatively high calorie burn.
  • Steps (Yellow Block): Indicates a relatively high step count.
  • Busy (Red Block): Indicates a small number of steps with minimal screen usage.
  • Focused (Cyan Block): Indicates no steps with minimal screen usage.
  • Excessive Screen Use (Dark Purple Block): Indicates few steps combined with extensive screen time.
  • Light Screen Use (Light Purple Block): Indicates few steps combined with some screen time.

In addition to the Status Blocks, Moodji offers various "Marks" to further visualize your activities and feelings:

  • Relaxed (Green Heart): Represents high HRV, generally indicating a relaxed state.
  • Stressed (Red Lightning Bolt): Represents low HRV, generally indicating a tense, stressful state.
  • Basking (Yellow Slash): Indicates you were exposed to sunlight during this time.
  • Twalking (Purple Eye): A special status mark indicating prolonged screen use while walking.

Activity Status

Every hour, Moodji summarizes your behaviors and feelings based on your activity data (calories burned, steps, screen time, sunlight exposure, HRV, heart rate, etc.) into an "Activity Status," which is displayed using the corresponding Emoji Sticker. Below are the possible Activity Statuses:

Note: The explanations of these statuses aim to help you better understand their relevance to your daily life. However, they are not rigid rules—Moodji’s intelligent algorithm synthesizes health data, your Routine Settings, Leaf Rewards for Statuses, and other factors to summarize your hourly Activity Status.

Sleep Status

Moodji automatically monitors your nighttime sleep and summarizes your "Sleep Status" based on factors like sleep duration, sleep cycles, and sleep regularity. These statuses are displayed on your watch face each morning, accompanied by the corresponding Moodji emoji.

Note: To ensure Moodji effectively summarizes your Sleep Status, you need to wear your Apple Watch while sleeping and ensure it has sufficient battery power.

Routine

The calculation of Activity and Sleep Statuses takes into account your customized "Routine," which includes your sleep, work, and study habits. This enables Moodji to more intelligently recognize your behaviors and provide more accurate insights.

How to Set Up a Routine?

  1. Open the Moodji App on your iPhone and go to the “Settings” page.
  2. Scroll down to find “Routine” and tap to enter.
  3. Tap “Add Routine” to create a new routine.
