afit-ops-website config — moodji.net

Project config + tracking state for the afit-ops-website (运营闭环) and search-console-ops (取数引擎) skills. The skills are the reusable engine; this file is moodji's data. Canonical path: docs/afit/ops-website.md.

  • Autonomy: 改动待批 — propose concrete diffs, execute only after approval. Low-risk exceptions OK to apply directly: internal links, sitemap/indexing, pure-copy seoTitle/description tweaks. High-risk (structural/新页面/删改) always await approval.

Hosting (Vercel — real traffic + performance + deploy health)

  • Project: motionz-tech/moodji-site (Vercel, international site moodji.net). CN site flowzland.com is separate (腾讯 CloudBase) — not on Vercel.
  • Dashboard: https://vercel.com/ → project moodji-site → Analytics(PV/UV/热门页/来源/地区) · Speed Insights(真实用户 CWV) · Deployments(构建/回滚).
  • Access: browser-harness on the logged-in Vercel dashboard, or Vercel MCP (mcp__plugin_vercel_vercel__*, authenticate first). Vercel CLI not installed.
  • To verify: is Vercel Web Analytics / Speed Insights enabled on this project? (check on first afit-track-ops run; if off, decide whether to enable for real-traffic data GSC can't give.)
  • Deploy: push main → Vercel auto-deploys the international site (moodji.net). The CN site flowzland.com is separate (腾讯 CloudBase, tcb) — don't touch for moodji SEO. See [[moodji-vercel-deploy]].
  • Locales: en (default, no path prefix), zh, zh-TW, ja, ko. Each tool must exist in all 5 toolsData or that locale 404s.
  • Market priority (from GSC 2026-07-12): KR ≫ zh-TW > EN ≈ zh > JA(≈0). Korea is the strongest market — prioritize KR quality/ranking; JA barely registers.
  • Keyword library: TOOLS_KEYWORDS_RESEARCH.md (validated global search volumes per tool; §8 = attention category).
  • Autonomy: propose-only. Produce concrete title/meta/cross-link diffs, but wait for approval before editing/pushing.

SEO field locations (where fixes land)

  • Per-tool SEO: web/data/{en,zh,zh-TW,ja,ko}/toolsData.json — seoTitle, description, faq[], categoryTable, sources[].
  • UI strings: web/i18n/lang/{en,zh,zh-TW,ja,ko}.json.
  • After edits: cd web && npm run build (exit 0) + grep prerendered .output/public/[<locale>/]tools/<slug>/index.html for FAQPage JSON-LD and no raw i18n-key leak. See [[moodji-add-tool-wiring]].
